Arbitration

If informal negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). The arbitration will take place in Hanoi, Vietnam, and proceedings will be conducted in Vietnamese or English.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services at any time without prior notice.

13. DISCLAIMER
