Shipping Carriers
At Thedaughterdadshirts, we use reliable shipping carriers, including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services, to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Orders are processed once payment is accepted. If you place an order after our cut-off time: 5:00PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time New York), it will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Delivery times are estimated based on your location and the selected shipping method. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery information, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Important Notes:
- Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
- Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
- Personalized orders or those requiring modifications may require additional time for customization. Processing time will depend on the complexity of your request.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or internationally.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates typically take 3-7 days to reflect in the carrier’s system. If your tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not yet processed your package.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout to avoid issues.
- Orders with incorrect or missing address details may be delayed while we attempt to contact you for updates.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of. A reshipping fee will apply to resend orders.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse.
